PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING. WINNING A PRIZE IS

CONTINGENT UPON COMPLYING WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES AND FULFILLING ALL CONDITIONS

TO WIN, WHICH ARE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents who (a) reside in Texas; (b) are eighteen (18) years

of age or older; (c) are in attendance at the Dallas Mavericks home game that is scheduled to take place on January 25,

2025; and (d) have the 7-Eleven app downloaded to their smart phone or other web-enabled device (“Mobile Device”), all at

the time of participation. Employees, officers and directors of 7-Eleven, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Dallas Basketball Limited (the

“Dallas Mavericks”), the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC,

and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), and

each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, owners, partners, members, directors, officers,

governors, franchisees, retailers, distributors, representatives, agents, Web design, and advertising and promotion agencies

involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Sponsor and

Promotion Parties”), and each of their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child,

sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside), and individuals residing in

their same household are not eligible to participate or win. The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state and local

laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements in any manner it deems

appropriate. By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Void

outside of the eligibility area and where prohibited or restricted by law.

*The 7-Eleven App can be obtained for free by visiting Google Play or the iTunes App store and downloading the 7-Eleven

App to a web-enabled iOS 11 or Android 5.0 (or higher) Mobile Device. Following the in-app instructions to complete an

account profile is optional for participation in the Promotion. Registered 7-Eleven App users are automatically enrolled in

7Rewards. Data rates may apply. Participation in 7Rewards and use of the 7-Eleven App are subject to Sponsor’s Terms,

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 25, 2025 and ends at

11:00:00 p.m. CT on January 25, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The time clock of the computer administering this Promotion

is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, visit the 7-Eleven footprint (the Promotion activation site)

located in a concourse on the 100-level of American Airlines Center. Show the 7-Eleven brand ambassador the 7-Eleven app

on your Mobile Device**. Next, complete the registration form on the tablet provided by the 7-Eleven brand ambassador by

inputting your full name, email address, phone number and date of birth. Upon completion of the registration form, play the

instant-win game, as indicated on the tablet screen, to determine if you are a prize winner in the Promotion (“Play”). Limit

one (1) Play per person.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE

DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE

INSTANT-WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE

POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT

VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

**If a participant does not have the 7-Eleven app downloaded to their Mobile Device, they may scan the code on the

Promotion advertisement at the footprint to be taken to the app store in which they can download the app. Participants must

have a Mobile Device with a camera feature or code reader application and may incur data charges from their wireless

service provider for use of the code, depending on their service plan. Check with your wireless service provider for details

on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges

associated with such use, including the downloading (if applicable) and use of the code reader. If you do not have a code

reader on your Mobile Device, search for one in your Mobile Device’s application store to find available code readers for

your phone or device. Code readers may not be available on all Mobile Devices.

All participants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting a Play must be the name of the

authorized account holder of the email address upon registration, otherwise, the Play may be deemed void. Multiple

participants may not share the same email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the Play will

be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used. A potential winner may be required to provide

identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address.

4. WINNER SELECTION: Randomly-selected times, during the Promotion Period, will be determined by the

Administrator. The first participant who completes a Play in accordance with these Official Rules (whose Play is properly

received and recorded by the Administrator's computer on or immediately after a randomly-selected time during the

Promotion Period) will win a prize (subject to verification). If a prize-winning message is displayed upon completion of

your Play, you are a potential winner of the indicated prize (subject to verification and prize limit set forth herein). If a non-

winning prize message is displayed, you are not a winner of a prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible

Plays received and the order in which they are received. Limit one (1) prize per person.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:

• Grand Prize (1): $5,000.00, awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner.

• First Prizes (10): Two (2) tickets to a 2025 Dallas Mavericks home game. Game date to be determined by

Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. See First Prize Conditions below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

$350.00 each ($150.00/ticket).

• Second Prizes (100): One (1) 7-Eleven Tumbler. ARV: $18.95 each.

• Third Prizes (100): One (1) 7-Eleven Patch. ARV: $7.00 each.

• Fourth Prizes (1,000): One (1) coupon good for one (1) free small Slurpee® redeemable at 7-Eleven. ARV: $1.00

each.

Total ARV of all prizes is $199,700.00.

First Prize Conditions: All transportation, accommodations, parking, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not

specified herein are solely the respective prize winner’s responsibility. Game date, once determined and communicated

to a First Prize winner, is subject to change and/or cancellation. Game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered

for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional

use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Ticket redemption will require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to

terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner will be required to provide a

valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their Mobile Device, and present tickets at Game

venue via Mobile Device. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges

associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticketing app. Seating assignments at the Game are

in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of

God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic,

pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause

the cancellation or postponement of the Game or the restriction on fans attending the Game. Winner will not receive

compensation from Sponsor in the event of Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional

terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Sponsor and the NBA

Entities are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred because of any transportation delay or in

the event winner and/or a guest is late to the Game (through no fault of Sponsor or due to a Force Majeure Event). Winner

and guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Winner agrees to

comply with all NBA Entities’ and venue policies and regulations, including without limitation, all health and safety

protocols, at all times. NBA Entities, Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to

Winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or behaves with the intent to annoy, abuse,

threaten or harass any other person at the Game or who may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, has violated any venue or fails

to comply with the venue’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participants agree (and agree to

confirm in writing, if requested): (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, the NBA Entities

and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released

Parties”) and that such Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever for and against any liability for any

injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s) including, without limitation, death, or property resulting in

whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in

this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities including, without limitation, travel thereto; and (b) that, except

where legally prohibited, such winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor,

NBA Entities, and those acting under their authority the right to the use of his or her name, picture, likeness, voice,

biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional

purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in

perpetuity, and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval, unless prohibited by law.

of personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. By participating, participant grants Sponsor permission

to share participant’s email address and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator solely for the

purpose of Promotion administration and fulfillment. Any communication between a participant and Sponsor or its agencies

regarding this Promotion (e.g. phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and

training purposes. In addition, if you are selected as the Grand Prize winner or a First Prize winner, your information may

also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.

7. WINNER VERIFICATION: All potential winners are subject to a verification process which may include presenting

the 7-Eleven brand ambassador with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID and completing a prize-

claim form at the time of the winning Play and upon request. See below for additional details.

For Grand Prize winner: The potential Grand Prize winner will also be contacted by the Administrator, via email, the

following business day with further instructions on how to claim the Grand Prize. The potential Grand Prize winner will be

required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of

Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within the five (5) calendar days.

For First Prize winners: The confirmed winners will receive their First Prize within two (2) to four (4) weeks of the

conclusion of the Promotion via a mobile ticketing app as described in the First Prize Conditions above.

For Second, Third and Fourth Prize winners: The prize will be awarded at the footprint upon verification of a winning

Promotion Play and the potential winner’s eligibility.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for suspended or discontinued landline, wireless or online service which may

result in a potential winner not receiving a prize notification; nor is Sponsor responsible for any change in participant's

email address or mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond to the prize-claim instructions as stated within the

notification or by the 7-Eleven brand ambassador at the footprint, does not return any required documents within the stated

time, cannot be verified or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not

responsible for any undelivered emails, including without limitation emails that are not received because of a winner’s

privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or

junk folder. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded.

8. DISCLAIMER: No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event a programming, production,

seeding, administrative or printing error or any other reason causes more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in

these Official Rules, to be available, awarded, and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves right to award only the stated number of

prizes. Screen shots are not proof of entry or winning status.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible,

damaged or non-delivered Plays; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider,

telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone

or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions

or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind

whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of an entry or other information or

the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Promotion or

otherwise attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair

playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives, as solely

determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods of

submitting a Play will void all such Plays, and any participant using such methods will be disqualified. Released Parties are

not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's Mobile Device related to or resulting from

participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the 7-Eleven App. Should any portion of the

Promotion be, in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized

human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the

administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor and NBA Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to

suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, and award any remaining prize(s) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by

Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the 7-

Eleven App, human error, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the

Promotion, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission,

communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of the 7-Eleven App.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE 7-ELEVEN APP OR

PROMOTION WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTIOIN MAY BE A

VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND

NBA ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO

THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. BINDING ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion,

participant agrees to the following: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be settled by

binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably

convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the

procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS

(“JAMS Rules and Procedures”) then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered

in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The

arbitrator shall apply Texas law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall

honor claims of privilege recognized at law. In the event the claimant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will

be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in

connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. If

any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal (other than that claims will not be

arbitrated on a class or representative basis), or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by JAMS, then

the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the

invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, the portion that is deemed

invalid, unenforceable or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, then the entirety of

this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither claimant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute.

Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which discovery shall

be completed within sixty (60) days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement

of the parties. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE

PARTICIPANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY

PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR

JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER

THIS PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AND PRIZE WINNER AGREES (AND AGREES

TO CONFIRM IN WRITING IF REQUESTED) THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1)

ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE

PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR PRIZE ACTIVITY RELATED

THERETO, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE,

WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND

AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT

IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

WILL ANY PARTICIPANT OR PRIZE WINNER BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND

PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE,

INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES,

OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES

MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) PARTICIPANT AND PRIZE WINNER'S REMEDIES ARE

LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY

RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE

LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT.

11. FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor, Administrator and Promotion Parties reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or

terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically

impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond the Sponsor,

Administrator and Promotion Parties’ control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the

integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event the

Sponsor and Promotion Parties are prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated

herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of

other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failures, riot

or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law,

order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g., COVID, SARS, etc.), order of any court of jurisdiction, or other cause not

reasonably within the Sponsor and Promotion Parties’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject

to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor, Administrator and Promotion Parties shall have the right to

modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in its entirety or the affected portion of the Promotion.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: By participating, participants agree that all issues and questions

concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and

obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and

construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law

rules, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or for

entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of Texas, in Dallas, Texas. By participating,

participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Dallas, Texas.

13. WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the Grand and First Prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 7-
